Meet the Team

Our names are Justen and Emily Hatmaker. We married in November of 2020 after years of dating as high school sweethearts. We now live in Caryville along with our cat, Churchill, and Rottweiler, Denver.

Weekdays

Our weekday hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During these times, our team is fully operational, ready to assist you with any heating and cooling needs you may have. Whether it's a routine maintenance check, an urgent service, or a new installation, our expert technicians are here to ensure your indoor comfort.

Weekends

On weekends, our hours are on an as-needed basis. While we do not have set hours, we understand that emergencies can happen at any time. If you require our services over the weekend, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs and schedule a service call as soon as possible.

Holidays

During holidays, our schedule varies. We typically only work on holidays if appointments have been previously scheduled. Otherwise, we will only come out for emergencies. If you have a holiday appointment with us, rest assured that our team will arrive promptly and provide the same high-quality service you expect from Hatmaker Heating and Cooling.
